Monday August 9

$10.02. Hot, humid day. Rained about 5:30, didn’t rain hard but soaked everything pretty well. Almost caught up racking, had 8. Put out 4 may fly here. Washed did all the ironing. Called Velma Armstrong, her granddaughter is going to ride with Peggy tomorrow. Made apt. to have a permanent Mon., also to Dr. Gun Tuesday.
