Saturday June 5
What a day. I've been so tired and cross all day. Back started really hurting PM. Washed, cleaned. Baked a pork roast for dinner, was sure good. They trimmed Destry’s hooves, Ray and Dady. Went down the beach after lunch. Ray and Peggy helped Dady move his pump and pump water for his cows. Then he helped us put our pump on the lot, it’s fixed so we can use the hand pump too. But the switch is broken and we need more cord to reach the pole. Still don't know what we'll do for hose to reach the front we'll need lots more than we have. Daddy said we could use a switch he has. Washed the girls hair, didn't have time to do mine. Tricia didn't feel good either, has a sore throat.
