Tuesday July 13

Didn’t feel much better, but am sure I must be. Ray had $8.34. I racked 1-line am. Ray mowed. Tricia called about 10:30. Ray told her we’d come after dinner for her. Just as we were ready to eat, here came Driscols with Peggy. She was just too homesick to stay. Mrs. D and John had to take Denise to Dr. for a check up and Peggy had to come home. Sure didn’t expect that. They stayed about an hour. Then we went after Tricia. Took Betty some plants, 3 hibiscus, 1 allamanda. Ray’s Dady had 3 more skin cancers burned off his face yesterday. Sure nice to have both our girls home, do wish Peggy would have enjoyed her stay more. Ray left about 6 to gator hunt. NO LUCK. Got my driver’s l. today, just realized last Fri. that they expired last August. Cost $4.00 which is $1.00 extra. If I had waited till Aug 1, I’d have had to take the test over. Must renew ‘66.
