Ray had $17.99 (pd. back $25.00 at fish house withdrew from bank). Put out 4 may fly here again. I took fish in went school hunting. Jones Business College has a 16-24 wk course 2 nites a week 6-10 for 299.00. Went to W. Park to State Employment Office, talked with a guidance counselor. She didn’t feel I’d get enough from Jones, besides it’s expensive. She told me about the Orange Co. Vocational School and Mid-Fla. Tech. Both day schools and free except for a registration fee. Hurried out to Mid. Fla. Tech but was closed. Got some literature but only talked with a secretary. Go back tomorrow. Stopped at down town Sears, get a Fall & Winter catalog which I sure wanted. Picked up Dady’s trailer tires, got my thyroid $7.50 girls iron $1.50. Ray and girls racked were nearly finished baiting. They took the clothes in, Ray cooked dinner, Peg did dishes, they’re all helping. Girls swam in the morning.
