Still no rain, things really look bad. Went to S.S. had 12, then to church. Ray went after his trailer, we had to wait until almost 2 o'clock for him to pick us up. Was such a long wait. The girls helped me rearrange and clean the rooms. Came home, had a very late lunch. Then Ray painted his trailer, about 4:30 we went to the lot. The girls rode Destry, Ray mowed the ditch and along the fence, looks so nice, I raked up manure. Then we watered the plants again. Stopped at Dadys, he'd gone to town, saw Aunt Mispah and Brian. Had fried chicken at 8 o’clock, were all starved. Tricia made me a pretty MD's card. Peggy made a beautiful cross at school, from match sticks, she gave it to me Thur. It’s on the living room wall. Ray went out in the lake after may flies since it was calm, no luck.
