Monday March 1, 1965
The first two months of this year already gone, how time flies. Tricia still sick. Ray left at 6, went fishing with Wares, each caught 3 or 4 fish, came back about 2 o’clock. Tricia and I went to Dadys at 10, washed 3 loads clothes, Tricia watched TV on the couch, really cleaned his house up. Left 12:30. I slept most of the afternoon, I went back to Dadys to finish cleaning up. Peggy came home from school with a fever and cough, guess she has "it" too. Went to revival services tonite, asked Ruth Fisher but she didn't go. About 350 at church. Sat with Dady, said he’d go back with me again. Hope he does. Ray’s Mama, Dady, Lewis and Kathy came out in their 'new' station wagon, 1964 Chevy 2. Sure is pretty, looks brand new. His x-rays were clear, nothing wrong with his lungs. Sure thankful for that. Ray went down to check on the Scholz's, all fine.
