Hot! Hot! No rain. Last nite was hot, tonite more so. Ray had $20.50. He went to K, got hair cut. Asked Betty and David for a Barbeque tomorrow. Mowed lawn. I washed girls hair, they cleaned their rooms. They really helped me clean Dady’s house this morning, washed 2 loads of clothes for him. Part of my Sears order came, the turquoise orlon looks like light wool cost $ . The other piece was a mistake, a 2 tone lavender stripe with border, so I kept it anyway. Made 3 pretty pillow cases. Was $1.11.
