Sunday April 11, 1965

Got up early, went to early church, pastor preached a fine sermon. Had 9 at S.S. Bea told story with flannel board, children enjoyed it. Paid phone bill. Took a long nap after lunch, was so tried. Shaffer’s came about 3 with their little sailboat. All the kids swam till 5, we baited and then they rode Destry. Took him to the lot, fed calves. Took Anns letter to Dady, he didn't mention yesterday’s fuss. Ray put out 4 lines here, 2 shrimp and 2 may fly. Mr. S. went out with him. Stayed up till midnite watching movie.
