Monday March 8

Windy, cold 40 degrees AM. Went to town, paid some bills, G.E., Elec. P.smear, Sears, $10 to Dr. Miller. Bought a new parakeet at Roy Youngs $2.98. He’s a dear, bright yellow, red eyes. Very small, young bird, the girls are happy with him. Couldn't fish, too windy. Washed clothes, didn't get much done.
