Sunny, windy from hurricane Betsy, idling off the coast. Went S.S., church. Ray went to Kenansville and pulled a 37’ trailer to Mr. Griff’s fish camp, paid him $15.00, left about 7, came home 3:30. Baked a pork roast for supper, was sure good. Too windy to fish.

Everyone sleepy. Cold, windy. Plugged in all electric blankets. Put girls to bed 7:15, won’t be far behind. Peggy’s arm is better, still swollen. Mrs. T. rode, paid parking. Wore coat today. Ra
